Featured products:
Guatemala - La Morena 12oz Full City Roast
In Guatemala, gender equality remains a challenge, and coffee has long been a male-dominated industry. These factors have made it incredibly difficult for women to compete and thrive in the coffee world. That's why we are thrilled to offer La Morena as a platform to showcase the work of women farmers across Guatemala.
This is our third year roasting La Morena. This year we found hints of
-dark sugar, plum and dark chocolate at a Full City roast.
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup
We start with our best organic maple syrup and age it in recently emptied Bourbon barrels. The syrup draws in the essence of the Bourbon without the alcohol.
Like premium whiskeys, the process takes time, and careful tending. But the result is a sophisticated duo that will become a new classic.
HONDURAS LA HONDUREÑA 12 oz
We are proud to introduce La Hondureña, our first women-farmer coffee from Honduras. This lot was produced in cooperation with the International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA) and Molinos de Honduras.
We detected caramel, almond and apple at a Full City roast

Cinnamon + Vanilla Infused Maple Syrup
Why argue with a good thing? There is a reason why maple, vanilla and cinnamon are so often used together: they are delicious. We tested both the vanilla and cinnamon from numerous regions around the globe until we found the perfect balance of flavors.
This syrup is great on just about everything: pancakes, desserts, ice cream, yogurt, cocktails. Our friend Harry likes to stir it into milk for a maple-milk treat.
Smoked with Pecan Wood Maple Syrup
What the what? Yes, smoked. Through a proprietary method we have developed a smoked maple syrup that will deliver both sugar and smoke to any dish or cocktail. Not a good choice for pancakes, this syrup is great drizzled over dishes such as chili, BBQ or glazed root vegetables. Add it to a cocktail in place of simple syrup and you have background notes of smoke and caramel. Our friend Martha loves it poured over apple crisp. Eric puts a dab on Stilton and serves it up with crackers.
Through the remainder of 2020, $1 from each pound of coffee sold from www.coffee.gay will go to NDI.org to honor the memory of Honduran LGBT Activist René Martínez. Read more: Mission Statement
